In order to create an account all you need is:

  • You must be of 19 years of age and a Canadian Citizen
  • Being able to use cannabis in the safe manner

How do I make an Order?

We make it super easy to order from us!

  2. Browse our premium selection from BC’s top producers here and add items to your cart
  3. You will receive a tracking number for your package once payment is confirmed. Expect your shipment within 2-5 business days. You can check your order status here

Can I Order Outside of Canada?

Sorry, we currently only ship within Canada.

Is my Order Secured?

Yes. We ensure that your order is packaged with care and vacuumed sealed. This protects your purchase and your privacy. We use mailers which are secure and discreet. All orders come with a tracking link.

Do you offer Refund or Exchange?

We do not issue refunds or exchanges for most products. If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that we only issue refunds in the form of points (store credit).

I found mold in my order.

All of our products are stored in an air-condition environment to ensure that our supply is not contaminated. In addition all of our cannabis flower packaging uses a see-through bagging to ensure that your product is mold free before shipping.

If you believe that there is mold in your order, please email us right away at bccbcustomer123@gmail.com Please send us 4 Photo of the product with visible  mold spot and a close up of the flower strain purchased. We will investigate your claims. Once your claim is approved, you will receive store-credit for the same amount with free shipping and no minimum purchases required.  

Shipping

When does my order gets shipped?

If we deposit your payment by9 am (PST) cut off time, your order will be shipped the same business day. If we deposit your payment after 9 am (PST), your order will be shipped the next business day. We recommend that you send payment the day before you want us to ship your package (payments are processed in the order that they are received). It is our intention to ship as many packages as we can on any given day, we will try our best to ship your item as fast as possible.

Track Record Q2 2021: During our Between April to June 30th 2021, we have been able ship your order within the same day

Track Record Q3 2021: During ourwe have been able ship your order within the same day

Track Record Q4 2021: During ourwe have been able ship your order within one business day

Orders Placed on Friday & During the weekend

Orders placed on Friday will be sent out on Monday morning first thing. We do this because if we drop it off Friday afternoon, We prefer your product to not sit in the canada post facility over the weekend and therefore we will shipped out until Monday

Sometimes we may ship out your order during the weekend if one of the canada post facility we visit has air-condition and is available and open for business.

Can I Order from Nunavut, Yukon, Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec or Newfoundland?

Yes you can. BUT please note that we cannot offer a delivery guarantee if you live in Nunavut, Yukon, Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec or Newfoundland due to the high-risk of packages not arriving. The only thing we will provide you with is a tracking number. You will be ordering at your own risk and will not receive a replacement pack or refund if the package DOES NOT arrive. If you have any concerns, please contact us via live chat before ordering.

What Happens If I don't receive my order?

We offer full insurance for your order, meaning if it gets lost, or stolen we will replace your package. This usually never happens however we like to give our clients full confidence when purchasing through BC Chronic. We do not offer replacement packages on your order if the tracking number says delivered.

How is my order packaged?

Your order will be packaged with care and sealed to ensure privacy and discretion. Our packaging will ensure your order will arrive in excellent standard and sealed in a vacuum bag for quality and freshness. 

Where is my tracking number?

When your order is marked as “Complete” a tracking number will be sent to you by email. Sometimes this email may be sent to your spam folder. You can also check your tracking number by visiting your account order page. Please make sure you are logged in and click here. Click view your order and you will see your tracking number. 

Payment

How Do I send an Interac E-mail Transfer?

Step 1: Login into your bank account online. You may want to contact them or visit a branch for information on how to set it up your online banking for the first time. 

 

Step 2: Locate Interac e-Transfer, usually found in the Transfer/Payments menu.

Step 3: Add BCCB as a new Interac e-Transfer recipient and use the following security question and answer for your purchase.

 

Step 4: Once you’ve added BCCB as a recipient – Send us the payment for your order!

Make sure to add your order number to the notes so we know which order its for!

 

 

What Method of payment do you accept?

We accept Interact E-mail transfer payments. Please call your financial institutions if you have any questions with regards to interact email transfers.

What happens after I send you my payments?

Your order will be processed. Please keep in mind that your order won’t be completed until payments have been received.
